Pick-up and Return
Equipment can be picked up and returned between 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday at the Valley Project office, 262 North Rd. If you need to hire equipment outside of these times, please contact us on (03) 473 8614 to make arrangements.
Care of Equipment
We ask that renters use all equipment sensibly and for its intended purpose. These are community resources, so please keep them in good condition for the next community member. Reasonable wear and tear from standard use is expected.
Please let us know if you notice any faults with equipment so that we can get these repaired.
Due to high replacement costs, a bond of $20 is required when hiring the sound system, marquees, and data projector. This will be refunded to you upon return of equipment. Bond is forfeited in the case of damage or loss of equipment.
Damage to Equipment
We want to continue to provide resources for our community, but also understand that accidents can happen. In case of damage or loss of equipment, we ask that you make a contribution to repair or replacement costs. A third of the cost is suggested, but this is negotiable with staff depending on your circumstances.
