Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 2.30 pm, please come along for a visit, and we can show you around.

Here at Islington Early Childhood Centre, we provide quality care and education for children over 2 years of age in a small, nurturing, home-like setting. With a maximum of 20 tamariki each day, your child will feel safe, supported, and seen.

Our passionate kaiako are committed to creating meaningful relationships and offering rich learning experiences tailored to your child's interests. We follow a play-based, inquiry-led approach, encouraging children to explore, question, and grow in their own unique way.

We value strong partnerships with whānau, and we welcome parent involvement in every aspect of your child’s learning journey.

20 hours free are available to children aged 3 years and over. Support is available through both the WINZ Childcare Subsidy and the FamilyBoost initiative

We love getting out into the community—visiting local schools, parks, and gardens—to help our tamariki connect with the world around them.
